can anybody out there tell me what this means:

kindly compose, full questions on the onset
rather than part questions to make answering
easier

To make answering easier, please ask the complete question from the outset, rather than splitting the question into numerous parts.

It makes more sense if you leave out the comma after 'compose', and insert commas after 'onset' and 'questions'.

Thus:- Kindly compose full question on the onset, rather than part questions, to make answering easier

Asking you to post your questions in one long sentence, rather than breaking it into parts!!!

Ask questions are simple and can be answered fully. Not riddles or questions that have no real answer.
