Its Arabic, it means, "O'Allah I seek your protection from filth and evil spirits." Its a supplication of protection said before entering the toilet.

This is arabic....its a prayer u recite after you exit the loo. it basically thanks Allah for protecting the person from the devil inside the loo and for enabling the person to release himself with ease.
