yes you have to be over 18 and no its not only paint, if abused it causes irrepairable brain damage in a childs hands it is more lethal than heroin,it destroys many lives

I dont believe that you have to be a certain age to buy paint. However if a vender has any reason to believe you are going to abuse or " huff" the paint Im sure they will not sell it to you. Most paint huffers like to buy metallic paints such as silver or gold because they have that extra ingredient that just happens to be mind altering. Stores do watch for this.
If you think you are too young to be buying said product, you probably are.
