No, but I'm working on it. I think a life free from worry would be one where I had a great deal more money in the bank than currently. A life free from anxiety would involve my doctor saying nicer things to me than she did last time I visited her. And a life free from depression would be one where I never saw a TV or a newspaper, never overheard talk on the bus (Can't even call it "conversation" anymore, can you?), and probably never left my own apartment. But then, that would be depressing, too, wouldn't it?

Face it; we live in a pretty depressing world.

Some worry and anxiety can be a great motivator. Depression,as long as it doesn't spiral out of control, seems to me a natural enough response if something you really were hoping or planning doesn't come together. The difference would be degree.A little is good, just don't(as they say in gawgia)git all ate up with it

No. But the Bible speaks of a time in the near future when God “will wipe out every tear from [mankind’s] eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:3, 4) God’s Kingdom will then bring about the complete physical and mental healing of all its earthly subjects.—Psalm 37:10, 11, 29.

Not only will physical pain be removed but painful distress and affliction of the heart will disappear too. Jehovah promises: “The former things will not be called to mind, neither will they come up into the heart. But exult, you people, and be joyful forever in what I am creating.” (Isaiah 65:17, 18)

I was born not worrying. I know God is in charge of everything, therefore, why should I worry about it? As my aunt likes to say. "Everything will come out in the wash." As far as depression goes, I have't had a problem with that since I got rid of an abusive boyfriend several years ago.

No I don't. I am a Christian and I do pray regarding situations and daily life however, He did not promise the road would be easy. We are still human beings so we will still have every emotion and feeling we human beings have. I worry about my family, I get down when things are going badly for someone I love or for myself, I get anxious from things at work or family sitatuations that are going on. But Jesus is there holding my hand, guiding me through and keeping me safe. I am blessed and I praise the Lord for it.

Life has it's ups and downs but I have learned that my faith in Christ is like a boat I am riding on. He guides me safely and I have no need to worry, be anxious, and I am never depressed. Life is not always easy or happy but joy remains.

I was watching the rabbit that visits our back yard yesterday. He could not but look up and around with worried eyes for every few chews of grass. I understand his position.

I try. But I think it catches up to everyone at some point. It's the world we live in. If we think about it too much, it will get you down.
