It tells me to only take two pills at a time, but would it honestly hurt for me to take three?

if you're Pain is that severe you may need something stronger such as Advil tablets. It would not hurt you to take three. But I suggest a different medication.

take two extra strength tylenol instead, if the pain is that bad and thn go see a doctor.

Its okay as long as you don't exceed the daily limit.

it didn't kill me!...just dont do it all the time because then i am sure you will get hurt...
