A already I call the company to have three years of doing it and to do not notice me, not to whom to come, since I have not received benefits from this year.

Report your company to the government office regulating operations of companies with regards to salaries so that appropriate action will be taken.

You need to let the company know that you are serious. I would suggest sending them a demand letter for payment. Also, you should contact the IRS directly as the IRS can put pressure on the company to correct their records (they have a special form that they will mail to the company, and if the company refuses the form then the IRS will start an investigation).
