There's a lot of voting and butt kissing to do before Brown takes over. He isnt just being given the job. Mick

History will record (with good reason) Blair to be the worst prime minister Britain has ever had. Blair's leadership is run as all communist party leaders run their parties: ''as a dictatorship'' and this is will what will be remembered most.
His intervention in Iraq, is the biggest mistake any prime minister has ever made and 3 million voters went onto the streets to tell him so. He destroyed private pension schemes and has left thousands without provision for their old age, the NHS is in a worse condition than it was twenty years ago with
hundreds of hospitals closed by New Labour and they have recently made a blunder by telling out right lies about the state of the service(big mistake those that use the hospitals know otherwise). Blair is in trouble for fraud and his side kick (Prescott) is getting away with murder. The British public do not trust Blair in any format because he is a proven liar and that will be what he is known for. Of course the widow of Kelly ( you know the man Blair harassed to commit suicide) will probably curse Blair and his dodgy dealings and files.
To sum up Blair will be known as the epitome of evil and be remembered for one million Iraqi deaths (probably a lot more when this war ends) the man is simply the Pitts and what else can be said for such a total loser

The sad fact is neither, Politicians don't run this Country.
Banks and Financial institutions are the real Decision Makers
whoever resides at Number 10 is little more than a gofer to
to those with the real pulling power.
Blair's Years will be remembered for Bank rolling the War Machine and Multi-Million Pound Defence Contracts never mind the piddly amount pockted from Peerages, oh and
his property portfolio of course. Nice.

He made minor mistakes like helping to kill an estimated 700,000 Iraqis in a war which was simply to protect Israel.

He has started "academies" one of which teaches children that the world is only 7000 years old and others are simply old "Church schools" with another name.

Almost everything is now denationalised in classic Thatcher fashion

Gordon Brown is a good right wing economist but no PM

The conservatives are worse

The Lib/ Dums are also worse

There is no hope

This guy makes a solid share of his money from after dinner speeches. What are his speeches approximately ? The Ethics of conflict ?? WMDs and the thank you to outline Them ? He ought to have socio-pathic embedded characteristics because of the fact he thinks some prayers along with his Catholic Church contraptions the record at as quickly as. The Church ought to have a device for refusing club - what extra advantageous recruitment for the church in the event that they barred warmongers including Blair. I for one am never jealous of his riches or all people else's riches. i could extremely have not any money and sleep at nighttime than have his wealth and be continuously gazing my back for the life like threat of an assassins bullet. i don't wish this upon him yet i'm not that naive I dont see it as on the schedule of Muslim Fundamentalists. Blair is the main despicable best minister - Labour chief and Labour member in historic previous. If he and Thatcher have been drowning in a river i could dive in and save Thatcher - and that i became a staunch Labour activist member.

Blair was probably the best UK Prime minister of the past 50 years. Brown was probably the best Chancellor of the Exchequer of the past 50 years.

The last time a Chancellor of the Exchequer became PM he turned out to be a total disaster, but then, he was a Tory.

I am pleased that Blair is leaving, I have no opinion on Brown as a PM until he has had go. As a chancellor he was lucky and made a good decision when they came into power to absolve the government of the responsibility of interest rates, Good Move.

I am neutral when it comes to labour or con's both as bad as each other IMO. However lets give him a chance and then judge

It will be a big loss to england because blair had the backbone to support bush and do the rite thing. the man has integrity and it will be hard for gordon brown to fill his shoes. but hopefully he will be able to. in these times when ppl are more worried about politics and nonsense like that. when they should be supporting our troops hoping theyll be able to take care of buisness and do their jobs and return safely home. instead of wasting time complaining about bush doing what he did thank god he did. fact is the troops are there complaining if they should be is about as smart as trying to keep a fish dry.

i hope that gordon brown does not replace him i really don't think that with the mess they did in iraq they deserve to be standing in the parliament, besides they went to war (making us poorer and not solving anything anyway) with millions of people marching against it so i really don't want to be represented by someone that is not able to listen to the country and is an international embarrassment (what shall we say to the people in iraq that lost their families and beloved ones for a war that made only their conditions worse?) also between us they are absolute liars

As an Englishman I am certain that the now totally Scottish executive in London will raise taxes against us. He has no reason to do anything for England as he is voted for by Scots in Fife. This lack of accountability in the leader of the government that runs England is unacceptable and as was stated in the Lothian question he should have no say in English matters. I shall dance in the street when he and this bankrupt government is gone.
