i have heard on numerous occasions that women who have those tattoos on thier lower part of their backs. right above the panty line. .. iheard that women who have those tattoos there usually indicate that is a sign they will do anal?? is that true or does it have another meaning??

Dah NO. Its just a tattoo. There was an old saying that all girls with tatts are pros, and that wasn't true either. Its just another way of marginalizing those who choose this form of art.

The location of a tattoo means nothing. neither does having a tattoo in the first place. It just means that the person wanted to adorn their body with some ink, Don't read too much into it. I have 4 tattoos and one of them is pretty big. People see the tattoos and get the wrong impression. I've had people ask what bike club I'm in. I hate motorcycles.
It's just a type of body adornment. admire it's beauty, but that's about it. Rarely do they have any hidden meaning.

It's meaning is that this particular woman decided she liked her back, and wanted to place a tattoo upon it.
Other lower back myths that are not true:

I seriously doubt there's any connection whatever. Wouldn't life be so much simpler if all that were true, like that guys who have one ear ring are all gay, etc.? Why don't we just cut to the chase and all wear signs that say what and who we are and what we'll do and with who?

It really depends on the girl of what she likes....I mean I think what your saying is just a myth or thought.....But i tell you I think tattoos are just a sense of fashion or style now a days....though i dont have it.....hope this sheds some light on you.....LOL

It's total crock, someone's pulling your leg. Women just get it because they can expose that part of their back, and draw a man's eye to their back, and to their butt.
