It would be totally confused and would need to be taken into care for its own sake.
Kermit would be an enthusiastic but incompetent father and Miss Piggy would be a negligent and self-centred mother.

In Muppet's Christmas Carol they were married and had kids, and in that all the boys were frogs and all the girls were pigs. I'm not sure if that is the genetic stand point, but it work in that film.
