i my network the downloads has been banned.. my system administrator is not allowing us to download anything ...is there any way to overcome that ...
i need to download using torrent clients .

You need to bypass the firewall(most prabably) set by ur admin..
This is not right though to use ur office Internet connection for ur personal use

I totally agree with u tracy..
we had a very long thread in TechRepublic.com regarding this..And believe me, including me, no one supported bypassing..and moreover the guy did not even got the answer from anyone....

If this is a business network I would say bypassing the admins restrictions would be a sure method of getting fired!
Why would anyone on a business network or a network with a network admin need to use a torrent in the first place?
If it is something you NEED and MUST have let the administrator do his/her job and set it up.
