i use Blogger.com. now I want to change my blog address, I tried CHANGE ACCOUNT and EDIT PROFILE none of them works.

THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR BLOG URL ...
1) From the Blogger.com website, on your "Dashboard" click on "Settings"
2) click on the "Publishing" tab
3) you can change your URL there next to "Blog*SpotAddress"

next time you comprehend the url , get its ip handle the two on google or via ping command on cmp on the spot . after that everytime u decide to get admission to this internet site purely form the ip handle on the url container intstead of handle . becoz they are in a position to alter the handle yet not the ip handle.
