In the present use of the word, gay means that you are sexually attracted (and aroused) by the same sex as you are.
How would you know? If you look at a picture of a guy who is naked or wearing very little and you get sexually aroused (an erection is usually the clue) but a picture of a girl in similar outfit does nothing for you then you are most likely gay.
If the guy does nothing for you but the girl does, then you are most likley straight.
If both of them gets you going then you are Bisexual.
If neither one does anything for you, then you are numb.

Being gay means you want to be with the person who makes you happy.Plain and simply do you like looking at naked men nor naked women thats all.

I don't get it, that's an HIV website. HIV doesn't discriminate between homosexual and heterosexual, and definitely gives no insight to sexual orientation.
So I don't understand what you're on about.
