they are the big metalic ones, they aren't even close to any trees in the area, they are like 100m from the apartment

What you should be concerned about is how many trees are close to those wires and poles...
Trees and branches can cause more damage than anything else that can touch those poles...
I am sure the poles are safe...
I would be worried about tree limbs in a bad storm or high winds...

Well I do not know what the "m" in your additional details means, but I would now say, if there are no trees near by to get caught up in the wires with high winds and rain, then you should be fine...
I am sure the city didn't build the poles or house too close together to be unsafe...
That's why I said in my answer that I would be worried about trees instead...
I am sure there is a city code about the amount of space between houses and poles of that nature and there is no need for you to worry...

3 feet.. I use to work for the hydro company but a cable broke and I fell down a pole lucky I fell in Mac's farmer's haypile but unlucky that I did find a needle in the haystack the ouch way!
