I want fast torrent downloads all the time, does anyone know a UK ISP that does not shape traffic?
Thanks.

You can't expect to download at your full speed on torrents every time as it is entirely depending on who is sharing and your download/upload ratio.

Most UK ISPs traffic shape during peak hours now.

I am not in the UK but my guess would be there aren't any who do not shape traffic these days. (Otherwise how would available bandwidth to the ISP be limited and spread fairly to its users.)

The only way you can get maximum speed is to upgrade your broadband

I use BT, and don't seem to have any throttleing.
