Speaking as the mother of two boys, I would have to say................both. It really depends on the child, what mood they're in and whether or not they're tired or ill etc.
So long as you raise your children to behave themselves and teach them good manners then they'll never be truly obnoxious, but even the most well mannered child will have their moments of being little sods.

that depends on how they were raised, those without discipline who weren't taught manners are very obnoxious. (they should knock dr spock in the head, not the vulcan, the other one who said saying no would damage kids)

kids can be both...... parents these days (not me) doesnt control their kids, they just let them run wild. i have taught mine how to behave. cute has nothing to do with being obnoxious.
