Since computer is neither an abbreviation nor an acronym, it has no "full form" to speak of.
According to Oxford English Dictionary, "computer" was first used in 1897 to described a machine that "computes". Before then it was to describe a person that computes.

computer is an electronic device which is capable of taking raw data as input, process them and give you meaningful output.
computer has no full form. but word computer might have come from compute (meaning calculate). now a days computer is not restricted just for calculations.

You can also view a computer as an integration of software and hardwares. Where hardwares consist of:
Input devices:
keyboard, mouse, mic., video cam., and more...
Output devices:
Monitor, printer, speakers, external storages (hard drives, USB flash drives, optical devices such as CD/DVD-ROM/burners)...
Inner parts:
CPU, chipsets, Motherboard, graphic card, main memory, network cards, power supply, cooling system (fans)...
For software, you have:
operating systems (XP, Vista...)
applications (MS word, Photoshop...)
system utilities (Disk Defragmenter, RegEdit...)
software development tools ( IDEs, compilers...)
bootstrap, i.g., BIOS...
and more, you name it.
