concrete release agent charcoal...but appears blue right now???

will that change when sealed? or when rinsed? if no..what steps can i take to help get rid of blue tones :(

I had the same thing happen to me and when I returned to the store where I purchased it and told them they said it was because it was not Quickrete brand it was another. I've learned to buy nothing but that brand (quickrete) for consistent quality, and coloring.
