Well, you may not want to hear it but the only thing you can do is Kegel exercises, which are basically squeezing the muscles you use to stop peeing. I wouldn't recommend doing it while you are actually urinating though, as it can irritate you and cause a uti. Hold the muscle for 5-10 seconds during the commercials of a tv show. That should be plenty a day.

What you describe as peeing and holding it for 12 seconds IS exactly what a kegel exercise is ! To learn to do it ....you are told to use the muscles you would use to pee and then imagine cutting off the stream of pee and hold it for 12 seconds and continue to pee and then hold for another 12 seconds. When you learn the proper muscle movement you can do it without peeing along ....do it as many times a day as you can think about....no one knows your doing it....so ...in the car, on the bus, in the elevator...you get the picture...the more the better ...just like with any other exercise.
That's the only way to tighten up without having surgery.

THE EXERCIZE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT IS WHAT YOU CALL KEGELLS... (",)
nw you can either insert into your vagina little objects (almost like weights) to render your vaginal muscles tighter or you can simply do the exercizes you have mention now without the help of these objects...
And you dont have to do it only when peeing.. you can do it anytime, anywhere for as long as you like and no one will ever know (",)

In all honesty, I don't think there is anything you can do. Your body is built the way it is when it comes to our genitals. I don't think it's a matter of how big/small your vagina is, and I'm sure there are plenty of ways to give him the same stimulation of the "tight" feeling without physically changing your size - which I don't even think is possible unless you have surgery, which is rare, expensive and painful.

there's a thing called kegels. Pronounced Key-Gulls. It's basically finding muscles and holding them and releasing. You might want to look it up online to learn how to find those muscles. Alot of people don't find the correct ones. I know there's also a procedure available, and they use lasers to tighten the interior walls.
hope that helps :)

Keegle exercises.
Its using the muscle that you use to start and stop urination. Lay on your back and use the muscle that you use to stop urination, hold it for 5 seconds, then release. Do that about 10 times at one time, 5 times a day.

Do you know tighter means you will feel painful every time you have sex. My gf have a couple of stitches to satisfy her hubby. Its not worth the sacrifice. You could contract your vagina when its in there and he should feel it.
