If you lose weigt your breast will reduce in size. My sister lost quite a lot of weight and she went down a few bra sizes.

They will probably get smaller as you lose weight. Unfortunately there is no way to make your body lose fat in one certain area. it just takes fat from where it chooses so you might lose weight from the right away or it might take some time. if you try to work your pectoral muscles to try to get rid of the big boobs you might end up with them looking bigger because the muscles are bigger so don't try to work that area in a special way. just let the fat come off naturally.
You may also want to consider a reduction if they prevent you from being active. After my reduction I lost 20lbs within the first 2 or 3 months(not including what they cut off) because I was able to move around and could be active
plus if you lose the weight they might get smaller but they will probably be saggy(a breast reduction lifts them and reduces them- leaving you with some scarring but some nice breasts)

Every time I lose wight I loose it there first I lost 32pounds and went from a size D to a C so I think that you can. I would be careful bout exercising to make them smaller some exercises make them larger and firmer go to an all girls gym and ask one of the trainers they will know what you can do to keep from making it worse on yourself

They may, depending on how much fatty tissue versus dense tissue is in your breasts.

If you are very overweight then working out and eating healthier would work.
