I am a mod at a public message board. Someone posted someone elses yahoo profile. Can I be sued for this?

It was found by someone googling an email they found on the person's online resume. Is the info public property when its posted online? The person is sending me emails telling me that they will sue me if I dont take it down.

You can only be sued if the profile is copyrighted.
