It's unlikely that you'll find a $1-2 limit game anywhere in Vegas, and a $2-4 might be hard to find as well. $3-6 games might be found, and you should be able to find a $4-8 game without too much difficulty. Plan to buy in for at least 20 big blinds, so for a $4-8 game, you're looking at an $80 buy in, or $100 for a nice round number. A $1 tip per winning hand is pretty standard in Vegas. If you only win the blinds, you aren't expected to tip (although you still can if you want to show your appreciation) but for any hand that sees a flop, be ready to toss a buck if you're pushed a winning pot. As for the soft skills, don't sweat the small stuff. It's limit poker, and low limit at that. Budget an amount that you're willing to lose, and be prepared to lose it. The rakes eat away at the whole table, and if you make a profit it's because you got lucky with good cards, not because you made a great read or figured out some incredible math formula. Just have fun.
