Is it mandatory that you thrust your arms straight up into the air and kick your legs out -in shear joy and celebration of the experience?

Nope. It's not mandatory that you shed your dignity but it can make you feel good.

I think I may have gone a tiny bit balistic, the first few times I got chosen for best answer. It was exciting. If you react that way, I promise not to tell. Lol!

After awhile, when it has become an addiction, you will probably feel more relief than anything else. It's addicting and that's the sad truth.
