USE BEDROOM ONLY 4 SLEEP & SEX, WIND DOWN SLOWLY, WARM BATH, SIT & SOAK(HOT H2O ELEVATES UR TEMP, SLEEPY), DON'T NAP TAKE A WALK--REGULAR HABITS HELP--HUNGER CAN DISTURB SLEEP, CAFFEINE,ALCHOL, TOBACCO, AVOID HEAVY SPICY FOODS IF U DON'T FALL ASLEEP IN 20 MINS GO 2 ANOTHER ROOM

You body naturally produces Melatonin to fall asleep. Some people's bodys lag on the production and you can give your body a safe natural boost with a 3mg pill from Walgreens or any store that carries vitamins.
you take it and it will kick you system in enough to help you

Get one the floor do sit ups and pushups. Jumping jacks. Dance do something that will make your body tired.

You can try if you have some,sleepy time tea,a nice warm bath,hot cocoa,if you are lying down put on classical music&
sip on some nice wine.
