In my opinion there should be the new players but only if they have experience.Otherwise Sachin has never had a chance to become a captain and will never become even of the junior team.It can be Sehwag or Yuvraj but they should also play very well.They should not play like Ganguly when he was the captain of the Indian Team otherwise they will also be out of the team

Anyone can be a captain if they get good experience, but some people have an natural aptitude for captaincy due to their leadership qualities.
In that aspect, I would say that Dinesh Karthik has the natural abilities for a captain. He has been described by many as a mature person.
Dravid can be the captain for two more years. Then if Karthik is ready, then we can have him as the captain.

If Indian Cricket future is concered then I suggest Youraj sing. As we can have example like Grame Smith , who has given captancy of South Africa keeping J. Kallis or H. Gibbs on stand.
It's time to change Indian Cricket Standard.
