Okay, LISTEN UP. Nobody else here seems to have their facts strait, and since nobody has cited their sources, I doubt they have any. I have 2 that confirmed what I already thought:
FIGHTER JETS DO HAVE CABIN PRESSURIZATION.
Pilots wear the O2 mask to suppliment the cabin pressure at high altitudes or in case someone turns the canopy to swiss cheese during combat and they loose cabin pressure.
I'm sorry if anyone is offended by this post. I just don't want people to be misinformed.

JoelKatz and Barry together have the correct answer. Fighter cockpits are pressurized and they might be able to choose between a "normal" pressure differential and a "combat" differential such as we used to have in the B-52 bombers, which is lower in case the pressure bulkhead is punctured from combat damage. But the answer isn't complete without saying the part about the mask protecting the pilot during ejection and also any foreign object damage such as bird strike or combat damage. There have even been cases of the canopy accidentally separating from the aircraft and the pilot having to land without it. But my question is, how do they pressurize fighter cockpits? I don't know. Anyone?

Because the fighter pilot is expected to encounter little flying bits of metal from people trying to put holes in the aircraft while the pilot of an airliner is not. Also, an airliner has a lot more air in it than a fighter cockpit, so if small (or large) holes appear in an airliner, the pilot is trained to dive immediately to get to lower altitude to restore pressure and oxygen while the fighter pilot is expected to stay at altitude or even climb to continue doing the job.

Fighter jets are not pressurized like air liners, so if they get very high, they need oxygen.
Usually they have their masks on, not like the movies, and oxygen , or enriched air is fed to them.
as they may have to change altitudes very fast, the air (or oxygen) is adjusted automatically based on altitude, the fighter pilot is too busy to worry about that.

pressurized? i was an aircraft mechanic. there is no oxygen in the cockpit only what comes out of the mask. if you have ever seen top gun with tom cruise when they take of there mask that is bull**** you cant take your mask off because you cant breath. they have specially designed suits to protect against temperature change.

A G-suit is worn by aviators and astronauts who are subject to high levels of acceleration ('G'). It is designed to prevent a black-out and g-LOC (g-induced Loss Of Consciousness), due to the blood pooling in the lower part of the body when under G, thus depriving the brain of blood.
