No, rather they will enact U.P. Criminal act legalising & Procedure Code, 2007 that will legalize the entire criminal act done by them or their courtiers’ & non applicability of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 & the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 in the state of U.P.
