Take your copies of the divorce papers, along with the filing number to your court house and tell them you want to want to cancel the order. You HAVE to go in person. They will not do it over the phone or internet.

Examine carefully WHY you filed to begin with!!! What has changed? Does you spouse even know you filed? Like I said, examine the real reason you filed to begin with......maybe you do not want to cancel......you'll have a 6 month waiting period after the divorce is even granted....work out the "alledged" problems during that time.....you can always file a "motion to vacate decree of divorce" NOW or LATER!

You can go on-line to the self help section to get a notice or order to dismiss or go to the court house and get the papers from the front desk. Fill them out and file them at the courthouse so they time stamp them on the spot and you can get a copy.

Call the courthouse and find out which judge it's assigned to and call his court clerk and let them know. She will advise what you need to do.
