Make a thick paste of vinegar and baking soda. Paint it on the stained areas and let it sit 30 minutes or so. Take a plastic scrubbie and clean off. If it's really built up you may have to repeat till satisfied. Then just do it once a week. The solution will bubble and foam like crazy when mixsed, don't worry it is normal. Your doors will look brand new when done.

I can't absolutely guarantee anything; for that I'd have to see the stain. However, using Soft Scrub with Mr. Clean Magic Erasers did the trick pretty well when I cleaned houses for a living.

I buy the cheapest dryer sheets I can find. wet one and this will clean about anything. It will also remove soap scum. It shines the metal on the doors also. Works great on metal kitchen sinks to. Keeps stuff from sticking to the doors longer before you clean again.

I buy CLR and The Works. Both of these products would work. I keep The works around because the company who clean for the military use it and it is wonderful.
