Why would you ever replace "Pork Chop Night"? That's a weekly holliday at my house. If I had to replace it though, it'd have to be "Lamb Chop Night".

WHY? just mix it up a little- try coating P.C's in Hoi Sin sauce and grilling or BBQ, serve with fried rice....and make sure that has bacon in too!
