I'm not a doctor but it don't sound like a normal period to me. If i were you i would call your doctor and tell them what happened because i would be a little alarmed about that.

At this stage, it would be too early to pass tissue if you were pregnant. It would be indistinguishable from a period. It may be that you are having a particularly bad period due to excessive tissue buildup, stress, or diet. It can also be a sign of ovarian cysts, fibroids or endometriosis. If it happens again next month, you would definitely want to schedule an OB appointment for an exam.

actually, to me it sounds like a blighted ovum miscarriage. with a blighted ovum, you do become pregnant, but there is no fetal development. most women go through this, thinking it is a regular period, when it is actually a blighted ovum miscarriage...its actually very common, and most women miscarry before they even know they are pregnant. its nothing to worry about, all it means is that something went wrong in the very first stages of development. just remember, its nothing you did wrong, and it is very common. there is nothing you can do, or could have done differently..its just your body's natural way of taking care of itself. i would suggest though, if it gets really painful, and you are bleeding very heavily for more than mabye 10 hours, that it would be best to see a doctor. take care sweetie, i hope you feel better soon!

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/Hyksj
