Well you need to start by collecting the data about what is needed.

Building layout, number of computers, system purpose (local or wan - domain or non-domain etc) number of expected or planned additional terminals, type of backbone connection etc.

Number of extra plug locations needed etc etc

It is not a QUICK answer nor a quick process when done correctly.
