My best friend is pretty affectionate at times. We’ve been best friends for about 3 year now, and just last year I told her that I was bisexual. She didn’t have a problem with it, which was good. But then I’ve noticed that she’s been getting really…touchy feeling with me whenever she stays the night. She has a different boyfriend about every two weeks, but this doesn’t stop her from always holding my arm when we walk together, hugging me from behind a lot, whenever we’re laying down together, she’ll normally rest her head on my lower stomach. Also, when we were sleeping at another friend’s house together, and we were sleeping on the couch, I woke up the next morning and she was literally spooning me.
And whenever we play truth or dare with our friends, she never, ever has a problem kissing me if we’re dared to. She’ll blush really, really bad, but she does it anyway. (she NEVER blushes.)
Is she just really comfortable around me? Or is she actually thinking about trying anything?

She may be afraid to tell you how she feels but it seems like she is interested in exploring with you. Of course your friendship could be at stake, as most people cannot take a relationship to a sexual level without getting emotionally involved. Its worth sitting down and talking to her about it. Nothing is wrong with helping her find herself sexually or helping her explore that side of it should she be curious. As long as she is honest with you about how she feels, and your emotions mesh well things should work our fine. But, if nothing is done and she does have deep feelings for you then your relationship will be forced above platonic one way or the other. I would say sit her down and talk to her about it.

I dunno, but that turned me on reading your description! :P
Actually, all kidding aside, here's what I think: the fact that she is performing all these actions strongly suggests she's entertaining the idea of SOMEthing. I wouldn't imagine she would want to jeopardize your friendship by taking it to a sexual level, but she is experimental, to say the least.
You should confront her gently after she's made a move similar to what you've mentioned. Act like you're joking around when doing so, just to get a guage as to what her reaction is.
If she is serious about forming a platonic relationship with you, then you'll have to ask yourself the obvious question of whether or not you would want to risk your relationship with your best friend in taking the relationship to that level. The most important thing to remember is to be honest to yourself...and her.
But, yeah, I really WAS turned on...hehe.
