Hi people I usually sit at a computer all day and study as well, and I get this thing near my shoulders that people call stress point, it feels like a bumb, or better yet like a ball of stressed out muscles, you know the bumb I speak of when you pass your hands on your back shoulder.
Yeah and it kills me and my neck cracks a million times a day.
Can I do anyting about this shoulder problem.
Ow yeah and wait most importantly, my shoulders feel like the world is on it, like a 1000 pounds and when I massage lower down the shoulder blades it feels light again.
Please can someone tell me if there is a simple solution to this stress problem. Please I am beggin.

A couple things I'd like to say first. Having had two neck surgeries, with three levels fused with a plate and six screws, I have knowledge of what can happen, QUIT cracking your neck! It's so bad, so wrong........Muscles in the shoulders are weighed down by muscle spasms. That bump you have is a muscle, tied in a knot, a "trigger point", and I bet it hurts like hell there, right. Cut back on computer time, after work, as much as possible, purchase a foam cervical collar, it will take a load off your neck, allowing the neck muscles to rest. They are strained, and too tense. Use a heating pad, even while at the computer, use rice socks for deep moist heat. To make a rice sock, get a tube sock, or other athletic type sock. Put three cups of rice in the sock, tie off, nuke for three mins, remove carefully, it will be really hot. Place a towel on your back, put the rice sock between your shoulder blades, hanging down your spine, sit back, relax. That trigger point will relax. Take Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation.

I am the queen of neck cracks.
1] do not sit more than an hour - get up and go to the bathroom, or do a chore. Next hour, get up and pee!
2] lie on floor with arms straight out to sides; bend knees and lift them to your chest. Turn knees [ and legs ] all the way to the floor on your right, and then your left. Straighten legs only slightly, and continue down , turning to flroor on each side.
3] sit in chair, back straight, shoulders relaxed, arms at side.
Keeping your neck STRAIGHT, let your head fall to the left, stretching the other side of your neck. Now do it to the right.
4] same position - gently let head fall back.
5] same position - hold neck straight up, let head [ not just chin ] fall forward until chin touches chest - the is a great upper back stretch.
6] same - keep neckstraight, turn head as far as you can to left, hold 10 seconds. Repeat on other side.
MEANWHILE, take some ibuprofen to reduce inflammation, and alternate ice packe wrapped in a thin cloth on/ off where it hurts.
If you don't see some improvement in 24 hours, see a chiropractor or a doc.

Well five'four and ninety three-ninety seven kilos is without doubt now not fats. You in general are simply feeling nervousness from society's "LOOK LIKE A TOOTHPICK" commonplace that "a few" (and that i cant strain that sufficient, "a few") individuals are stressing these days. There relatively is an excessive amount of stress on ladies to seem well within the society we are living in. In any case, you sound flawlessly healthful and in well form to me. If you do have issues, you will have to move get a sporting events bodily. (which does not require any of the needless elements you could uncover in a ordinary bodily) and as a rule fee lower than $20. Then you would get a legitimate opinion.

One thing you could try is lying on your back on a mattress or a bed with no footboard. You lie with your head right up at the end so you can extend your arms up over your head and back, so your shoulders are being stretched the opposite way. I have the same type of problem and that helps.

Roll your shoulders back for about 5 minutes...
Stretch your arm over your head and pull your elbow down towards the opposite shoulder
Lay down on the floor with your arms stretched and roll around.
