The correct answer is :
electrical to mechanical energy

Some examples are:
1) In electric fans, electric energy is used to turn the motor and the fan moves. The movement of fan(mechanical energy) produces wind, which helps in cooling.

2) Another example is an air conditioner. In an A.C. , electricity is used by the condenser and the air gets cooled.

Electrical to mechanical like in an airconditiner or a fan. You may be wondering about the airconditioner but the cooling takes place because the refrigerant is pumped around and extracts heat while in the evaporator. That heat is rejected outside the room by a condenser.
