If someone is ugly, are they ugly for good and have to endure and deal with it, or is it possible to work hard enough to start ugly and become a physically attractive person?

If you look at what a lot of today's stars looked like in High School and grade school or if you see them without the make-up and fancy hair and nice clothes, they're real bowsers! Ever seen Pam Anderson not made up? Arf Arf! Nice gazongas, but bark! But beyond the physical which fades or can be faked is the internal beauty. That cannot be faked, tinted, botoxed, nipped or tucked. That inner beauty is what will always shine through no matter what.

hygiene and class, is the key to beat ugliness. I have seen some ugly people and all they have to do is clean themselves up (take care of acne, dirty spots, bad teeth) and change their way they dress and talk, put some nice cologne and perfume and wala!, A decent looking person... or as a lats resort, plastic surgery..

make up. of course if you're a guy, the only way to change an ugly face is plastic surgery, but i wouldn't recommend it. i've dated some really average guys, but their personalities were priceless, that's what attracted me to them in the first place. physical beauty ain't important, it really isn't. nice to have, but not important. ; )

Just remember ugly is only skin deep.. I know some extremely Gorgas women who are ugly on the inside... & you would have a harder time changing that...

in my experience, it doesn't necessarily change, it just doesn't become an issue.
for example i know someone who is a very attractive guy. as i got to know him he became nothing, just ordinary because of his personality.
on the other hand i've made lot's of friends who i haven't noticed as extremely attractive but after speaking to them they are attractive people on the inside, so it reflects on the outside.
