The place where the three rivers meet is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Three Rivers Stadium was built about a decade ago by the Pirates baseball organization; and the city is also home to the University of Pittsburgh's Panthers and the Pittsburgh Steelers NFL franchise, as well as Carnegie Tech and other institutions of learning, a fine symphony and much more.

go steelers and as a steelers fan that would be three rivers stadium their old home, les c had the wrong answer and as a child gave everyone else a thumbs down grow up

Pittsburgh pa go steelers and to add three rivers stadium was not built a decade ago it was built in1970. opened July 16th 1970 to be exact .then demolished February 11, 2001
