I always have a tampon in my purse just in case. Also get those panty liner things. I wear it all the time, because it reduces odor and makes washing panties a lot easier.

I would wear a panty liner. You know when you've started so that will catch it in the beginning. Then if you wear pads or tampons, I'd bring a couple with you. Good luck and I hope I've helped. :)

For on I don't were white at all during the questioned times, I also caring a pad along with me in my purse just in case, You can normally feel it coming, My best friend says she can't it kinda sneaks up on her so for a day or so before she starts she walks around wearing a tampon!!! Just in case..

Wear one of the mini pads to protect your clothing in case you start. Then carry extra maxi pads or tampons in your purse. If your period is due, you could also wear dark pants just in case. That's what I always did.

I usually just slap on a panty liner or pad and keep extras with me where ever I go.

I put a tampon in when mine is coming. Mine are accurate because I am on the pill.
You could either wear a pad or tampon or carry them in your purse.

you could also keep a jacket handy to tie around your waist, just in case you did start. You can always get the blood out of clothes with hydrogen peroxide.

you could wear a carefree panty liner...or use the restroom alot...this will hopefully prevent a "stain issue". You wont even know you have a liner on...but will be glad to dress as you please and not have to worry about it.
