Yep, It always works like that. I stay up on Y/A asking and answering questions, go to sleep late, wake up early, and find myself asking, "why did I do that, what was I thinking, I have to get through a work shift today." Then, I do the same thing the next night. It's the Y/A cycle.

It depends on WHY you stay up until 1-2 AM. If it's for a good cause, you'll feel really tired all the day, but you'll know it was worth it.

no you will not. i do that alll the time. but it will hit u later in the day. but usually if u only do it like once a week it wont affect you the next day u wake up
