I don 't want to get smutty , but my dentist has huge boobs . I don't worry about laughing because when she is inside my mouth drilling or cleaning , I'm more worried about other reactions that i may have .

I did once. He did not think it was very funny. I think I will remain neutral next time. Dentists have a strange sense of humor...
