Looks like it might be spyware. Download and install Spybot S&D and AdAware and install them as well as AVG Anti-Virus if you don't already have it. Now reboot your computer in safe mode, restart it like you normal would but during the start up press f8 repeatedly and then when the console comes up asking you if you would like to boot to safe mode, normal etc choose safe mode with networking. Run all of the above programs, download the latest updates and scan your computer. If you have to reboot during the process make sure to boot back into safe mode otherwise the spyware will propagate again and infect the files again.
Good luck!

If it were me, I would go into Safe Mode and run Ad-aware, spybot, and my antivirus program. In Safe Mode you may be able to catch viruses that self-execute with Windows.
If you are not familiar with Safe Mode:
To start Windows in safe mode
1. You might want to print this for reference. Windows Help is not available while you start your computer or run your programs on the MS-DOS operating system.
2. Click Start, and then click Shut down.
3. Click Restart, click OK, and then press and hold the CTRL key until the Microsoft Windows Startup Menu appears.
For some machines, you can use F8 instead of CTRL to bring up the Microsoft Windows Startup Menu.
4. Enter the number for Safe mode, and then press ENTER.
5. Click Start, Programs, and click on your antivirus program to run it.
Notes
In safe mode, Windows uses default settings (VGA monitor, no network, Microsoft mouse driver, and the minimum device drivers required to start Windows). You will not have access to CD-ROM drives, printers, or other devices.
You can change settings as needed by clicking Start, pointing to Settings, clicking Control Panel, and double-clicking Network or System.
After you finish this procedure, you need to restart your computer before Windows will start properly.
You may find your desktop icons messed up a bit. No biggee. Just drag them back into place.

You have either viruses or spyware. Run an anti-virus program and if that doesn't help you might be too infected. If that's the case, you will have to format your drive and reintall your operating system.
