Here is pretty hard evidence... his hat size grew from 7 1/8 to 7 3/4. That is a ridiculous amount. His SHOE SIZE went from 10 1/2 to 13. One of the side effects of HGH is cranium and extremity growth.

The obvious growth of his melon is a give away but the one that should be looked at is Sosa. Look at old footage of him in the race with Mark McGuire then look at footage of him the year before. I mean if someone is bold enough to use a loaded bat in regulation play, he's not gonna sweat juicing' it up to get ahead. Then there was he retirement and comeback later. Enough time to flush his system?

if the leaked grand jury testimony is to be believe, and NO ONE has ever said otherwise, Bonds admitted that the substances his trainers gave him would appear to be steroids.

He denies ever knowingly taking steroids

The perjury case was about that word 'knowingly'

In terms of the legal case, the fact he took steroids is not in ANY DOUBT.

He testified to using "the clear" and "the cream" in 2003. He fully admitted to taking these product which are designer steriods created by BALCO. He did claim not to know that they were steriods when he tood them...

He testified that he used the items provided by his trainer, "flaxseed oil, etc". Victor Conte testified that those items were performance enhancing substances, "the cream and the clear."

no, but his trainer that has links to BALCO is refusing to testify, even going to jail in contempt of court. There are numerous circumstantial links as well. Also, He did bulk up a LOT around '99, so you make your own call.
