You need a DVD burner for this. Most DVD burners come with software to help you burn DVDs.

usually dvd burners come with these programs but ur may not be a burner if it doesnt have the burner.. do this .. put in a blank dvd-r or dvd-rw and if the dvd drive under MY Computer says blank cd or Blank dvd or if a autoplay window pops up saying what to do. or take action then u probably have a burner. if so just download nero or other software or buy it from a store like walmart or best buy. you can use limewire or utorrent to download it

Most DVD writers come bundled w/ Nero for burning and Power DVD for viewing movies. A bit of resourcefulness might help.
