Western Union Money Transfer Help?

Im trying to send money to orlando to get a psp. The seller said I can use western union to do cash payment. I am 15 of age.

Do I have to have a credit card for identification to send cash to orlando using Western Union.

I don't think so. Just find a Western Union facility, like in a Wal-Greens or something, and take the cash to them. It may cost a few dollars just for the transaction. It may be better just to go to Target or Wal-Mart and buy it from there and don't risk getting scammed.
