Texas could definently hold it's own. There's no question there. I'm just wondering if you would stay and why?

Yes, I would definitely stay here on the east coast.
Texans keep talking about how their state supposedly has the special right to secede from the union any time it wants. Well do it already, will ya! We've got a president you can take with you right now.

Never been there, so I really can not say. I do prefer Wyoming and it's Bucking Horse! Besides (I know I'm going to get ripped for this), Wyoming is the last true Cowboy State. Texas has lost it's touch, I'm basing this off of the people I've met from there. Oh, many still have the accent, but that's it.

No way! I'm an American before I'm a Texan, even though I've been a Texas resident for the last 32 years.
If Texas seceded, I'd move to Alaska.
Heck, even if Texas DOESN'T secede, I'm still planning to move back to Alaska... soon as I can save up the money for the move...

I very probably wouldn't. I have a strong feeling that Texas would soon become a fundamentalist theocracy if it left the Union. And I would probably be burned at the stake or something.

Born and raised here , I would stay , seems we are our own Country, some of the ideas from other states, sometimes are hard, for us to comprehend, makes us wonder if they don't love our Country.Its not hard to tell , which ones aren't Native

If Texas once again became a seperate country I would rather live in that than California. With the democrats in control in congress and if God forbid they win the the white house again I can see why people would want to be seperate from the nightmare that will come from democrats ruining this country

That'll never happen. Ask a real question: if Texas decided to split into six separate states (which is provided for in its admittance to the Union), would you stay?

Born in San Antonio and raised in Muleshoe. I would move there in a minute and secede with them. TEXAS FOREVER!!!

i loved Texas while i was stationed there 50s and 60s however i hear the illegal mexicans have ruined the state
