Wierd Phone Calls?

I keep getting wierd phone calls, and it is under private or unknown. all they do is beep the phone and i hear breathing. I am worried it should be a concern of safety.
How can I find out who it is?

Their is nothing you can really do. I would contact your local police department to see what they can do.. if it shows up on your phone as unknown then it will take a judge to be able to track the call back. So just make sure you have record on file with the police department to cover your bases.

Just dont answer
or make a really tough scary sounding guy answer the phone and then scream in it WHO THE F*** ARE YOU AND BLAH BLAH ILL KICK YOU IN THE BALLS WHOEVER YOU ARE!
