I dont need to know how to wash them now, but I have a budget so I need to know how to fix these things if I can....

ok, try to flatten it out, put a book on top of it. Or if the padding has moved out of place, your going to have to put it back, just feel around it and you should be able to get it back in place, may take awhile. ***

Smoothe and stretch the padding with your fingers...it will probably take a while. I know you said you don't need to know how to wash them, but if you're on a budget, invest in one of those mesh bag things to wash your delicates.

DO NOT dry your bras in the dryer! It makes them permanently lumpy - especially if padded or lined [ the outside of the cup and the inside/lining/padding shrink at different temps, causing 'lumps'. ]
You can use the gentle cycle of the wash, if you hook them first so they don't catch on each other.
I hang them to dry on the little hangers they come with.

Put your hand in it and then stretch it out then hang it up so the wrinkles will fall out.

you can't I have that same thing that had happen to me so I had to buy somemore
