You can not appear to be under pressure with your clients. You should sit down and write out carefully what you plan to say at each appointment, go over it and practice what you are gonna say.

Real Estate agents with three deals should not be under any stress at all. Just think of those with no possibility of a closing, they are the ones under pressure and stress.

If a question is asked, stop, restate the question and ask is that what you are asking?

If you can answer the question, take a deep breath and do so very briefly. If you can not answer the question you should have a note pad, write the question down and tell the person you Will check with your broker and get back to them before the day is up.

Being aggressive can work to or against you, then there are what appears to be non-aggressive but called passive aggressiveness. Yelling and streaming is not a way to seal a deal.

Being on top of your game, knowing the answers before they are asked is one solution to being a good salesperson. Leave nothing to the imagination.

Knowing what your client want, need and can afford will sell them. If you know that your clients can only afford a house that is in the $200,000 range and you are showing them houses in the $225,000 range you will not be able to close. The reverse will not work either. You can not sell a person a that is qualified to purchase a $250,000 house a house worth $200,000.

If your clients are not being real with themselves if is now time for you to sit down and have a heart to heart and tell them exactly what they can and can not buy. If they refuse to listen to reality then you are wasting your time as well as theirs.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
