Oh yes. I have two very good friends who are on opposite sides of a Home Owners Association issue. It is very political and they are both very vocal. I can see both sides and I know that they both feel within their hearts that they are doing the right thing. I finally had to make a rule that neither of them could speak ill of the other one in front of me because I love them both. They have kept up their end of the agreement. I act with my one friend on the issue because I feel that her side respresents more people with her ideas. I just say uh-huh to my other friend a lot. She knows how I feel and I just don't let her engage me in conversations of the topic though she knows she can feel free to express her side to me. Whew, its a narrow ledge I walk.
