Well I would say, you would have to have vast knowledge of people in general. Which might require years of schooling or years of experience in dealing with people.
Or you could just spend some time with someone--jump to inaccurate conclusions and give them a unwarranted label that you have no bases for determining.

And I could be missing the whole point of your question here.
After reading it again, am starting to think you are looking for a specific word or catagory. and if that is the case---OOPS!
