My brother needs me to move home within the next month, to look after his house(rent free), i was supposed to in July , beacause in july i would have been in my current job a year,
I am a jewelry repair technician at a prominent jewelry company in texas, this is a good job, i can do the work, and it is the work i went to technical school to do. I had hoped to stay at this job for at least a year but , for my career goals now it dosent matter how long i stayed at this job since, i want to start my own business. The longer i am here the more i realize that i NEED to work on building a solid business plan and starting my own line of jewelry.
The whole reason i went to technical school was to learn how to make and design jewelry for my own company one day.
This move would create the free time i need to work on my business, and to help out my family.
Please give me serious answers :) thanks

Jewelry repair is a great business. You can get a job in your hometown.

But you want to design.

You will still need money to live on, and to start your own business.

I am starting up a new buisness online. Please contact me when you have products to sell. I might be interested in carrying them.

Finish out the year. It is only another month and a half.

That way, if you don't get a chance to start your business right away, it will look better on your resume, when you go back to work to raise money for your own business.

well it seems like it makes sense to move back since u will save money and will have time to start or at least develop a serious plan of startin ur own business and since u did stay at the job for some time its up to u to decide if u gaind enough experience,....but it does seem like a sensible idea that will benefit everyone

Stay put for a short period of time, until you get your business plan together.
